David Wojcik – Managing Director and Company Founder
David has over 35 years experience of management consultancy and the engineering, manufacturing, retail and utilities industries.
His areas of specialisation include programme and project management, process improvement, change management, training and coaching.
He was formerly a Principal and the Global Practice Leader for the REL Consultancy Group, and has formerly worked with Anderson Consultants, CapGemini and Ernst & Young.
He has a BSc in Civil Engineering and MSc in Water Engineering from London City University and is an Alumni of the London Business School.
Nick Wright – Operations Director
Nick has over 30 years experience in the engineering, financial services, manufacturing, retail and technology sectors.
His areas of specialisation include supply chain, operations and logistics, working capital management, cost reduction and customer service.
His previous experience includes numerous roles in senior management in both industry and has also run his own consultancy.
He has a BSc in Management, Engineering and Economics from Cardiff University and an MBA from Cranfield University.
Daniel Gerhard – Project Manager, Germany, Austria & Switzerland
Daniel has over 20 years experience in management consulting and interim’s management.
He started his professional career in London with Mitchell Madison Group and REL Consultancy, where he got first insights to SCM and Working Capital projects for mayor enterprises all over Europe. He then transferred with REL to Madrid and developed the business for southern Europe.
His areas of specialisation are Working Capital and SCM, with extensive experience in project and change management, process analysis and improvement, as well as delivering training.
Sector experience includes all kinds of Manufacturing and Electronics/ Engineering. Also, Telecommunication and Insurance, Automotive, Oil & Gas and Chemicals, and Food Industry.
Most recently, Daniel was an Associate Partner at Lansdowne Consulting in Munich.
Daniel is holding a Masters in Management, the German title Diplom-Kaufmann and the French diplôm de gestion of ESCP Paris. Whilst German is his native tongue, Daniel is also fluent in English, Spanish and French.
